CNC PROGRAMMER in NORWAY
Contract type: Permanently, with the probationary period.
Date of commencement of activity: It is established by mutual agreement with the employer
Wage: Approx. 20 Euro/h NET ( 300 NOK/h before taxes )
will be determined after the interview with the employer, depending on your experience, knowledge and potential. If you have never worked in Norway before, the payroll taxes in the first 2 years are 25%
There are salary increase steps in the company, with seniority, at 6-12 months, 2 years, 3 years.
Salaries are renegotiated annually, in order to align with inflation, every August.
Date of payment of salary: once a month, on the 30th of the month. The timekeeping is done every 20th of each month.
Other salary rights and benefits:
- Overtime +50% or +100% (for hours worked in wekend)
- Overtime will be done when the employer requests it, and is occasional.

Responsibilities:
Modeling 3D Parts in Solidworks Establishing the method of clamping the product, the method of machining and the tools necessary for the machine. Programming CNC machines with Edge Cam Machine assistance for set-up when required.
Vacation leave:
The duration of paid annual leave is 25 working days/year.
Working Hours: 07:00-15:00
The normal working week in Norway is 37.5 hours, and the normal working month is 162.5 hours.

The employer has implemented Occupational Health and Safety and PSI norms, in order to avoid accidents and/or occupational diseases. The work equipment will be provided by the employer. The employer is additionally affiliated to Medi3 Occupational Health Services, which covers situations of occupational diseases, travel insurance in the interest of service, work accidents, death.Contributions and benefits to the Norwegian pension system, which covers the legal pension, early retirement.

This is not the necessary, the house is very close to the job.
Accommodation
The employer provides accommodation alone in the room, in 2-room apartments. So you will live with a maximum of one person in the apartment, each with their own room, kitchen, bathroom or living room. The dwellings are within walking distance of the factory.
The cost of accommodation will stop on the payslip. Accommodation cost 500-600 Euro/month, with all utilities included
Evaluation of the employee's professional activity
Periodic evaluations of your activity after 6-12 months, then at 2 years and at 3 years.
Apart from these, every August there are salary increases to reduce inflation.
