Category C driver position in Norway! Our partner is looking for an experienced Category C driver for Norway!
Responsibilities:
- Collection and transportation of household waste along designated routes
- Loading and unloading of waste collection vehicles
- Maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Administrative tasks, such as route planning and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- Valid C category driver's license
- Minimum A2 level English proficiency
- Possession of EU Driver Qualification Card (CPC)
- Reliable, accurate, and conscientious work
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team

- C/YSK class refresher (with 2 years of experience): 250.50 NOK per hour / 40,706.25 NOK per month (gross)

- For employees hired from abroad and moving into accommodations rented by NordRen, a maximum of 5,000 NOK will be deducted from the rent (including electricity and communal fees). This benefit applies to shared accommodations, not to single or double apartments.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 06:30-14:00, with 7.5 hours of work per day (37.5 hours per week). A 30-minute lunch break is included daily.
- Overtime and reduced working hours: Standard working hours averaged (cf. AML Section 10-5 (1)), but work exceeding 10 hours per day or 48 hours over seven days is compensated with overtime pay.
Time Bank:
- If you work between 7.5 and 10 hours in a single day, these hours go into a time bank.
- If you work less than 7.5 hours in a single day, you receive a full day’s pay of 7.5 hours (not deducted from your salary).
- The time bank is settled within 12 months.
- Work on public holidays is paid at a 50% overtime rate after 7.5 hours.
Taxation:
- In the first year, a 25% withholding tax must be paid.
- From the second year onwards, the withholding tax rate will be approximately 30-35%.
